here is a third person bio.

Catherine Weiss is a very charming donut. Or a pterodactyl with attitude. Or the brightest goddamned firefly you’ve ever seen on mid-summer’s eve. But more than anything, Catherine wants you to know she loves poems. And Lord of the Rings. And crying jags. Sometimes she loves them all at once. Catherine is known for her signature mix of humor and heart, and definitely not for punching through walls like the Hulk when she doesn't win a slam.

Her poetry has been published in such excellent literary journals as Voicemail Poems, Gravel Mag, Freezeray Poetry, Drunk in a Midnight Choir, Noble/Gas Quarterly, and Jersey Devil Press. She's got illustrations in Anxy's inaugural issue and sometimes designs chapbooks for her poet friends. Catherine is also the co-founder of twice-monthly Northampton, MA poetry show Pulp Slam.

If you would like to get in touch with Catherine for booking inquiries, illustration commissions, or just to say hi, don't delay! Catherine loves mail.

PS - Catherine lives in Western MA with her husband, two dogs, and a cat. She does not know how to prioritize a bio.
